【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheminimumcharacteristicsofinstrumentsformeasuringphysicalquantitiescharacterizinganenvironmentaswellasthemethodsformeasuringthephysicalquantitiesofthisenvironment.Itdoesnotaimtodefineanoverallindexofcomfortorthermalstressbutsimplytostandardizetheprocessofrecordinginformationleadingtothedeterminationofsuchindices.OtherInternationalStandardsgivedetailsofthemethodsmakinguseoftheinformationobtainedinaccordancewiththisstandard.ThisInternationalStandardisusedasareferencewhenestablishinga)specificationsformanufacturersandusersofinstrumentsformeasuringthephysicalquantitiesoftheenvironment;b)awrittencontractbetweentwopartiesforthemeasurementofthesequantities.Itappliestotheinfluenceofhot,moderate,comfortableorcoldenvironmentsonpeople.
